Hello myself vipin MBA programmer same as you, I don't think so that any short term HR course will help you because this is the time for us to get some practical knowledge rather than theoretical, so please think that way and try to get it. If you guys have any comment please post.
Thank you

Hi,
In my opinion, learn Handwiring analysis / graphology .I feel, every Hr person, should know about this recruitment tool.A small ppt about " Importance of handwriting analysis as a recruitment tool " would help in understanding importance of thuis tool........
I feel , this knowledge of handwriting analysis , would certainly add a lot of value , to HR career.

Hello Vipin,
Since u r a MBA programmer, u must be knowing that to get practical knowledge is quite tough at our stage. Since in full time MBA program we get only 2 months for internship and that according to me is not at all sufficient to get practical exposure. This is the reason why i wanted to have additional knowledge by doing some specific courses.
Please let me know ur views regarding the same...
Thanks and Regards....
