Hi khush,
See the first thing is to start the program with a lot of enthusiasm. Ur enthusiasm will help them to be motivated in their work. Second thing is give them the brief about your organization in as simple manner as you can. Clear all their doubts. Add some examples and motivational stories. Make them clear about their goal and show them the confidence that they can achieve their goal in this organization.
According to me these are the things taken into consideration in the induction program.
All the best,
Deepika

hey khush,
Even i am not so experienced to guide you for this thing. What i feel is you can tell them to make themselves aware about the market themselves and daily you can take out sometime to discuss those stuff like a group discussion, all will contribute wht they have learn. You can do this for a week. But i would suggest dont give them spoon feeding they they become paralyzed to work themselves.
Well that is what is my thinking, but I am not experienced to tell you this.
All the best.

Hi khush,
You can do one thing you can share the knowledge verbally with them..and you can have a case study discussion.. wherein you can give the situation and the discussion can be held accordingly..and finally when they initially start visiting the field, ask their experience and problems faced by thm..if u hav 5 persons each person will learn 5 new experiences at a time. It will save time as wel as money
