vinod_hrHey Sanjay ....
This is a general question asked in every interview you step inn.
Well, I suggest you to be frank in why you are leaving your current organization. there may be reasons like, you are there since few years and thus you are not exposed to diff technologies (OR) that you are not given any promotions though contributing a lot (OR) that you are not recognized by any means although you gave good profits etc etc.
NOTE : Never say anything bad about your current organization....

There can be many reasons why a person leaves his current organisation, my reasons may differ from yours...so best answer is what you feel and why you left your current organisation without going all gaga over negatives of the company..
there are few answers, that can fit:
# I have reached the plateau in current job...so a look out for a new challenging job..
# for Career advancement and better prospects
# do not say anything directly about less monetary benefits or compensation, then there are chances that the new company will negotiate....
# talk more positives about the culture, environment of the company you are applying in rather than discussing bad points of current organisation...for example..though my current company has given many challenges and a well crafted learning curve but its time to move on to work in new environment which is serious about meritocracy and have better learning culture....

Danny_BadraWhy you want to leave your current Organization? or, Why are you looking for a new job?
Bad Answer: My boss is a jerk and the customers are hard to deal with.
Tip: Keep the answer positive, in terms of where you want to go, not what you want to get away from.
Better Answer: I have been promoted as far as I can go with my current employer. I'm looking for a new challenge that will give me the opportunity to use my skills to help my employer's business grow.

firstname.lastname@example.org this question is really not needed, dear friends let us be practical, the company advertise for interview and candidate applies he is shortlisted for interview, during interview time instead of wasting time, we should focus on his strenghts and weakness and it depends on people to people some are introvert and some are extroverts introverts dont mingle and cant answer such questions they are quiet but highly intelligent so in the end you see that you dont end up taking a blabber mouth highly communication skilled person rather than a quiet technically skilled person,,,
for technical posts such questions are viewed as foolish by them, because all they know is machine, computer, electricity etc.
