Hi there
I am giving a presentation on telephone etiquette and would like to show some videoc clips with regards to poor service on the telephone.
I would like to show one from a client being frustrated and one or two with regards to the call centre agents being poor or having a bad attitude.
Any idea where i can get clips like this??
