Hi everyone ,
Can I know
1.how to implement medical insurance instead of esic in salary break up?
2.How the premium to be paid if medical insurance is opted by an employee..?
3. Also if DA increases will the premium paid by the employee has to be incresed mandatorly or the same premiuim can be carried out till the employee opts to pay more premium and have high coverage !
4. Is it possible for medical insurance premium to be paid monthly wise ?
I work for security dept (retired ex army officials ) . They are hired on contract basis . since their DA increases every six month so how about the premiums and payment I m confused .
