What are the ways other than wage increase to reduce contract labours absenteeism
Dear experts please let me get the different ways to reduce the contract labour absenteeism other than wage increase. we are facing contract labour absenteeism unauthorized & uninformed. we have increased wage recently and we are getting manpower to join in our company but the hired manpower are quitting the job without any information and the planned productivity is affecting heavily due to this absenteeism. please share your view to reduce or eliminate these absenteeism. thanks & regards sridharan. k

Dear all with refer to subject we are in manufacturing industry and having more than 2500 permanent and contractual workers . now our management wants to reduce some manpower by putting some process work as job contract to other party . so that manpower could be reduce . my question is that can we make job contract of particular process / core activity works of factory ? . is there having any legal implication on it ? pls put your valuable suggestion here on . thanks & regards awdhesh kumar
