Hello dear
i'm mukesh is working as an hr executive in manufacturing industry and our employee strength is 1500,my boss has given me performacne appraisal 360 method. But i don't know about this pls help me. What documents i can use for this?

Word Performance Appraisal is self explainatory where HR palys the task to appraise the performance of the employees.360 Degree performance Appraisal method is all about appraising the employee from subordinates,senior and colleagues for which proper documentation is completed and the employee is appraised based on his performance.

Performance appraisal is a system to evaluate the performance of an individual. Different companies follow different methods and style to assess a person.
360 degree appraisal means evaluating an an employee from 4 quarters. A circle is divided in 4 quadrants and each form 90 degree to form a circle.
Similarly, an employee's performance is evaluated by
1. Self Appraisal
2. Apprailsal by his boss
3. Appraisal by his subordinates
4. Appraisal by other departments (with whom he mostly interacts)
These 4 areas become 4 quadrants of a circule and hence known as 360 degree appraisal.
It is upto you to design an appraisal comprising all these if you want to implement this system.

Everything is available in internet... Just take time, go through the articles available in the net. YOu will get even sample tools. Download, ,study and implement what is suitable and POSSIBLE in your organisation. Every organisation is unique and you can replicate what is available in the net. Further, implementation of such an initiative will have huge impact on the minds of employees. Employees at grassroot or shopfloor level wont understand the philosophy behind it. For every proposal, there will be quite a few opponents. So, your responsibility includes 'selling' the concept amongst employees. Conduct some kind of workshop, let the seniors take the stage, explain the reason for the initiative.
Once this job is done and he initiative is found acceptance, your job will be made easier for implementation.
Alternatively, you hire me to make your life easier !
