As asked by you here is the PF calculation Excel sheet where the amount is automatically calculated.
But coming to amounts coming to words automatically is somewhat the difficult thing to be arranged.
May be a particular software of Payroll can be used in this regard....

L , i have joned a company as an accountant here no consultant for ESIC & PF return filling n all. i have to do it by myself i Know salary preparation and em7 ployee deduction deduction of PF 12% and ESIC 4.75% .pls suggest for further take up for return filling challan generation of ESI & PF.
