Greetings for the day.
I have recently joined a manufacturing factory in punjab as HR manager. I have to set up HR Deptt here. I am the only person in HR department. Kindly guide me how to initiate the process to set up the HR department. recently more than 350 people are working here includes labour and office staff. I have to design the leave policy and late coming policy in the company. and i have to taken the all the offroll employees of the company ton the rolls of the company. I will be highly thankful to all the senior for this in advance.
