im doing a project on evaluating the effectiveness of Training need analysis programme conducted recently in an public sector company
I have formulated the problem statement, but am struck on the questionnaire part
I don have a clue how to form it (for the particular topic), bcuz its confusing and unclear
Please help me out by shedding some light on how to proceed
I need to prepare a questionnaire of four sections (each having 5-10 qns )
of foll subheadings
Employee involvement in TNA,
To report any discrepancies or mismatch between the need identified and the functional goals of the organisation.
To suggest measures for improving Training Administration/ Program Implementation identified through TNA, The information collected from the employees by circulating an online questionnaire was considered seriously among the employees while providing the response.
Was the questionnaire able to effectively identify the skill gaps and hence the training requirements.
Whether identifying TNA through questionnaire online method will be useful/relevant
