Rejection of resignation letter
Hy sir/madam my sister in law had joined a small scale manufacturing company for accounts position and before her marriage she had given resignation letterbut resignation was not accepted and that resignation letter was torned up and she was given leave for 1 month and today that employer called my sister in law and talked abruptly by saying that she should join within a week and do our pending work otherwise legal action will be takenas she was not paid when she was given leave and also her resignation letter was not acceptedplease give me suggestion what should be the next procedure?
I am in probation andcompany asking me to resign or they will terminate the services.
I have been with this company for last 3 months. now as per company my selection is not matching with the profile. they says its a mistake at their end. as per them if i put my resignation they will compensate me with 2 m8nth salary. but i have to put my resignation first. plz suggest in case company denies later to compensate me after my resignation can i have legal help from law.

Resignation under probation period
Hi all i have one question regarding resignation under probation period in offer letter we have mention that you have to serve notice period for 1 month in probations period one of our employee is arguing that ' there is no any rule for resignation in probation period for one month as per law i am giving spot resignation and company has no rights for hold my salary " is it true? or not now a days company hold his salary and he is going to labour office for legal action kindly give me a suggestion what should i have to do ?
