Greetings to all Snrs.
I m wrking in a LTD Co. in the organization there are around 35 employees..
is there any way out for the employees who are working on very low salary.. like peon, cleaner.....if the co. gonna deduct ESI & PF then they will get nothng in there hands....
is there any wayout to help them...and aslo wanna know that going of ESI and Pf agents is a good Option or not....??

PF/ESI are statutory requirements. They should be covered irrespective of their salary/wage range. pon

As it is mandatory you can't deny it.
All you can do is bifurcate the salary to Basic and other allowances to reduce the contribution part and to boost the take home salary.
But mind it you can't have the cake and eat it too.
Lesser the contributions and lesser the benefits....
Do you know there are thousands of Window pensioners whose spouse were contributed just one month.... Thus there are more benefits in social security angle, it is your duty to convince the fellow employees.
