Dear Mamta,
As far as my knowledge is concern there is no such law where in your employer can fire you for uploading your resume in some job portal. Just make sure about the terms and conditions mention in your offer letter. And don't worry and switch your job if you are not happy.

The CVs uploaded in job portals are all belongs to working ppl. No issue on uploading your CV. No need to work in a organisation who is poking into your rights, better change from there. pon

Hi Mamta,
You can upload your resume if you are not under any bond/agreement with your present company. Also, you can block your present company to see your resume on that portal. They wont be able to see your resume then.
Thanks,

Dear Mamta, Don’t be afraid of getting fired because it is your right to find a better job. If you are scared, dont disclose your future plans within staff.

Hi, Mamata,
You can block your present company on portals. There is one option in naukri & monster portals in that you can enter your present company name click to block. Your employer cannot view your resume and dont disclose anything with your colleagues.
