Dear All,
I am working in a pvt company. There is an issue regarding salary increment. Actually here last increment posted by nov'09, after that april'11 only next increment posted. My question is whether compulsary want to pay arrear if increment posted after one year ?
Kindly give me good suggestion.

Hello Ashok R,
Can you pl be clear on your query--it's a bit confusing.
Do you mean to ask whether Increments MUST be paid EVERY YEAR? If yes, the answer is: NOT Mandatory. So the arrears issue doesn't crop up.
