Bro .. First thing... No one here are totally dependent on Graduation Certificates ( believe me you get them if you throw some money on Brokers) and secondly now a days many companies are looking for people who are under graduation.. and thirdly Companies mainly look for Talent in the candidates not some certificates etc. So just don't over react to your condition and make urself fall in depression...
All the Best for your future....

i can understand your situation!!! working with recruitment firm is not your final goal.moreover after few years you will feel like to go more deep into HR.i would suggest you some points below:

1-Dont loose hope have self believe.

2-Dont worry too much as you have already entered into recruitment which is first step to HR,SO sleep tight.

3-Do you have last semester marksheet?? if yes then that will also work to atleast get into a company.if your work is remarkable no company will fire you just for the sake of ur credentials.

4-GO to the book shop n buy a very good HR related book,Study deeply,n become master so that at the time of interview u can have ample of theoritical HR KNOWLEDGE for convincing interviewer.

5-Read everyday CITE HR here you will get live case study, formatsn everything related to hr.

6-Have very very deep knowledge of MS.XCEL specially, VLOOK UP &PIVOT TABLE.

i m sure as if you follow all these points u will be at some level of satisfaction point as n you will get good response from HR.

Hai,

I am here to share my own story.

After passing 12th standard I am unable to continue my studies further. I joined a big corporate as an Office Boy with Rs.850/- as my salary on 2005. Then after six months, with my salary savings I joined B.B.A course in Distance Mode.

Then I felt that M.S.Office is very essential for Office work. In 2007 I joined in a computer centre and learned M.S Office (evening class). They teachers did not teach me well. So I started reading my M.S Office material and became efficient in M.S.Office. In my office I started teaching my superiors, easy shortcuts and solutions for the same. The B.B.A and MS Office qualification appointed me as Office Assistant on 2008.

When I came to know that there is always a need for network and hardware solutions, I studied network and hardware basics (evening class). That further added my designation as O.A cum EDP.

Then it was time to decide my carrier. As I studied BBA, I thought of doing MBA in distance mode and choose HR as Major. Some suggested me Tally would help for Payroll and other Statutory work. I learned Tall9 ERP (evening class).

On 2011, I became a MBA degree holder with with one year experience in HR field, added qualifications MS Office, Network and Hardware Basics and Tally ERP, gave me the present Job as Accountant cum HR Assistant in a Private concern with 10500/- salary.

Single sentence for you, " Work Hard, Do anything you do with perfectness, Learn as far as you can, Always ask suggestions from Elders and Superiors, Steady and Focus straight, believe that there is a mighty power above all. You can achieve Success.

Dear Friend,

First and foremost on behalf of citehr team " HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U IN ADVANCE" and secondly GOD has blessed you with a job already even before you could complete your graduation.

As (Cite Contribution) has already quoted becoming an HR and getting into that particular field is a dream for many. Human Resource management is an ongoing process. It has a wider scope because its managing people who inturn manage the machines.

You have a very good opportunity in this field, hence i request you to stop worring about only your graduation and concentrate in other things which is ahead you. My suggestions to you is that you can take up some advance course in HRM and succeed towards the future.

BE POSITIVE, THINK POSITIVE:) your a wonderful lady and i am sure you can do well.

Pl understand that all people who are successful need not be a class toppers. God has given each and every one a unique talent so make use of it and come out of the negative mindset.

Each one is unique, and i bet that nobody would be like YOU and there wouldn't be another YOU in this world so pl do not think about your friend who probably faced a similar situation like yours. Atleast you have made it up a point to post your queiry and seek help which seems to be a POSITVE ATTITUDE.

NEVER GIVE UP GIRL, i am sure your gonna rock!!

Best and Happy Regards,

Maria.J:)

Hi all,
solutions according to me:
1) You can do small courses which are not very costly, and can get job, though you are not graduate, such as fashion design, beauty parlor, event management, photography etc
2) You can start your own business, which required less capital such as home made tiffin service, child day care center etc(after earning some money you can complete your education, only if you want to make your career as engineer).
3) continuously motivate your self, though you are not graduate you are not un educated.
Warm regards

Congratulations for having a job as a HR Trainee in a Recruitment Farm. You forget Engineering and concentrate on your HR Skill to work happily. You need a BA and MBA with HR which you can get by studying with keeping your job in hand. Say it will take 5 to 6 years time. By 30 and with 6 years job experience you can get a good job in HR Field other than recruitment.
You can take part and take membership in professional bodies like NIPM, NHRDN and ISTD to name a few such reputed organizations whose professiosnal courses are good for getting job in HR field.
any average student with positive attitude can achieve these what I have mentioned. Wishing you Best of Luck.
