Selling exclusive holiday packages – To get in touch with HR
Set up a kiosk outside the company – to get in touch with HR
Information from the candidate:

MBA what batch
Total years of experience
CTC: Fixed + Variable + ESOP’s
Team Size
Tenure
Notice Period
Understand the current role
Why a change
Has any other consultant approached him?
Has any other offer in hand
Salary expectations
Any soft loans attached to his CTC in hand
When does he have appraisals?
Company details: Management details, Growth path, Perks
