Hi All,

As being HR person , I decided to have Corporate theme every Month of My staff .

Where In I can plan some health Checkups, Healthy Food, Fun activities ,Party, ( One activity in a month ) .

To organize this in a very professional manner I want your help .
1) Kindly help me out that How should I Introduce these themes to my staff . Like with some gud Punch Line, Quotes, Jargons, Posters , Message. something special so that they should be excited that what next has been planned for coming Month .
2). Please suggest me some more Themes so that I can Plan this activity in a better way.

Hi Himani,
You can have some themes like gren day, white day, Blue day.
where u can plant trees and make some teams and have activities like skit or anything on deforestation, Global warming and ewaste.
On white day some blood donation camp.
one day full of events like games, fun , decoration and all.

Hello Himani,

I liked the concept and appreciate your initiative.

You will get plenty of material over internet to help you introduce your themes.

On lighter side, you can also think of following -

1. `Greet Day' i.e. everyone will greet each other with Good morning/ Good afternoon etc. with a smile. As we observe these practices are routinized now a days and done with a mechanical mind rather than heartfully.

2. Decide a particular day to celebrate 'Birthdays for the month' of respective employees say for May, then June and further on with a cake cutting and take them out for lunch.

3. Play a Quiz (related to your operation area e.g. Chemistry quiz if yours is Chemical company OR any other topic) at concluding hours on Friday / Saturday.

This will help refreshing / strengthen the knowledge and that too in a lighter mood. Complement best performers with small prize then.

4. Also it will be a good idea to hold inhouse lectrues / presentations on any motivational or inspirational topics once in a month. You can encourage your employees to lead and nominate themselves. This will give them a feeling of leadership, even facing the mob, stage dearing, confidence and what not...

Thanx to all for ur valuable suggestion. I will indeed implement some of the ideas.

Presently I am planning to organize health check up for my staff where in planning to get done dental, BMI, Eye check up , Physiotherapist lecture .

I request you all ,kindly suggest some good gorgons or punch lines to make it more attractive while announcing and placing poster for this activities.
