I liked the concept and appreciate your initiative.
You will get plenty of material over internet to help you introduce your themes.
On lighter side, you can also think of following -
1. `Greet Day' i.e. everyone will greet each other with Good morning/ Good afternoon etc. with a smile. As we observe these practices are routinized now a days and done with a mechanical mind rather than heartfully.
2. Decide a particular day to celebrate 'Birthdays for the month' of respective employees say for May, then June and further on with a cake cutting and take them out for lunch.
3. Play a Quiz (related to your operation area e.g. Chemistry quiz if yours is Chemical company OR any other topic) at concluding hours on Friday / Saturday.
This will help refreshing / strengthen the knowledge and that too in a lighter mood. Complement best performers with small prize then.
4. Also it will be a good idea to hold inhouse lectrues / presentations on any motivational or inspirational topics once in a month. You can encourage your employees to lead and nominate themselves. This will give them a feeling of leadership, even facing the mob, stage dearing, confidence and what not...

Presently I am planning to organize health check up for my staff where in planning to get done dental, BMI, Eye check up , Physiotherapist lecture .
