hey. I am working for a manufacturing company as a HR Personnel. I am required to do a Performance appraisal which have never been done before. i would like to know what challenges am likely to face and how best to handle them. I would also like help on how to come up with a self appraisal form for my seniors. You help will be highly appreciated.
