DEAR All,

We have paid Statutory Bonus on Monthly basis; that total gross salary amount will included the statutory Bonus ; whereas we are not taken Statutory Bonus Component for ESI Calculation; As per Compliance it is accepatable or not;

Let any body clarify my doubt at earliest.

S it s absolutely violent the rules because if u didnot have any separate break up for Bonus means how could the ESI Inspector knows ur salary structure formats. Better u should split up the bonus from the other heads if u added na.otherwise no problem.
