Very nice thought process.
I especially liked 'success' being described as a ‘progressive realization’ of a ‘predetermined goal’.
Success indeed results as a crowning glory only because of a relentless process (in the right direction) and perseverance, which culminates in what we call as success.
I also noticed & liked that it does not describe Failure as a first step to success. Agreed Failure tells us that something went wrong, but it does not tell what went wrong. It is the thorough analysis and dispassionate action, which is the beginning of walking on path to success.
Very good work. The guys are lucky to have a good trainer like Meenal

Meenal: I particularly liked this idea, "If we look closely there is hard work behind every achiever, performer and superstar"
I think this is so often over-looked. People are always looking for some unique characteristic or God-given talent that alone accounts for the top performers success. They often choose to ignore the "hard work" they have invested because that is not the quick easy answer they seek.

Hello!

I came across something similar and thought of sharing with you all ..

Secrets of Success in LIFE:

If you want to enjoy your life to fullest here are simple powering tips “Secrets” to power you to higher levels. These secrets are time tested and have helped many to live their Lives king size.. Hope they are useful to you too...

1. Power of Giving.

If we want to receive love, all we have to do is give it! The more love we give, the more we will receive. To love is to give of ourselves, freely and unconditionally. Practice random acts of kindness. The secret formula of a happy, lifelong relationship is to always focus on what you can give instead of you can take. What is best gift than giving time to someone who needs it the most. Just listening to other person have found to have miraculous and long lasting effects!!

2. Power of Letting go.

Even in a loving relationship, people need their space. If we want to learn to love, we must first learn to forgive and let go of past hurts and grievances. Letting go of our fears, prejudices, egos and conditions does mean that we are weak but a sure shot characteristic of powerful person that we are. It is only by being tolerant that we increase our power further and show respect to others.

3. Power of Passion.

Life without passion is dull. Passion ignites our life and keeps it alive. It comes from deep commitment, enthusiasm, interest and excitement. The essence of love and happiness are the same, all we need to do is to live each day with passion.

4. Power of Trust.

Remember, we all are not independent but interdependent, although we may thing independently. We cannot love someone completely unless we trust them completely. Trust is essential in all loving relationships. Trust yourself, trust others and trust the world. It is the foundation of Life.

5. Power of Love.

Love begins with our thoughts. We become what we think. Loving thoughts create loving experiences and loving relationships. Affirmations can change our beliefs and thoughts about ourselves and others. Love is the essence of Life.

6. Power of Respect.

We cannot love anyone or anything unless we first respect them for what they are. The first person we need to respect is ourselves. To begin to gain self-respect, we need to ask ourselves, "What do I respect about myself ? " To gain respect for others, even those we may dislike, we need to ask ourselves, "What do I respect about them?"
