You can have QE stastical analysis tool to analyse mass data to refine your research.You can clasiffy data based on age of women, location, married -unmarried classs, family type - nuclear joint family,educational background,comnpany type weather MNC or indian one, sallary and grades.
for questionary part plz refer linked in hr pages you will get lot of resource from there.Also you can have training needs identification and Best HR practices by Parkeh a book wirtten on HR.
