Dear Kunal
You want specification of casual workers' rights. The employee/ worker who has not completed 240 days in the employment of the management, that particular employee is not having any right of reinstatement in the services of the management, if the management terminats his services. The worker/ employee will be entitled for payment of bonus under the provisions of Payment of Bonus Act, if he has completed 30 days services in the employment of the management.
