Urgent: resignation without serving notice period
Dear all need an urgent guidance from you all. i am working with 'a' company and gave my resignation to my immediate superior on 10th jun cc to his superior too but dint marked the mail to hr. company is having a clause of serving 2 months notice period. now i have got struck as my boss is angru with this nondiscussed resgination and creating problem and he is threatning me to serve 2 months notice period. i have given notice period till 30th jun seeing that i have 30 accumulated leaves which can get adjusted moreover if something i will have to payback then i am ready for that too. please suggest what i need to do so that i get my resignation acceptance and f&f shettlement done.
Suggestions on introducing notice period policy and acquiring iso certification
I have recently joined an it product development company with a strength of 50 people. we are facing a problem of high attrition. so i am thinking to incorporate a revision for each employee as per their designation i am attaching the excel sheet in which i have put across the notice period as per the designation. kindly pour your suggestions for the same. also would like to know if anyone can help me want my company to be iso certified in next year for which we are just thinking not started planning also what are the prerequisites for a company to go for cmm level certifications.... pls help me regards j
Resignation during probation
Hi all one of my friends is working for a good companyit has been only 3 months since he joined that companybut now since he is not interested in the job profilehe is going to join a new company.since he is in probation period what will be then notice period.in his offer letter it has been metioned that services can be terminated on either sidewithout any notice.but he is worried whehter the management accepts his decision or notand they will ask him to serve notice period.how far is this valid.and can they reject releiving letter to himor if they dont accept his resignation what can he do. please do give ur suggestions its very urgent
Accident during notice period

Problem with notice period
Dear all i am currently working in a company x. so when join that company in offer letter they clearly mentioned notice period as 30 days. but now they are asking me to serve for 60 days in between i didn t receive any updates regarding notice period extension. but in my new company they wants me in 30 days there. could anyone help me on this issue its quite urgent and i am in the situation of losing my new company offer. thanks kryfendoz

Hi all urgent pls reply soon my greetings to all friends i need an expert advice.please guide me on the same. i am a mba student joined an consulting firm as an recruiter as campus placement.worked here diligently for 2 months but left this job as it has typical environment including undue pressure for completing targets. i am on probation for 6 months as per my joining letter.out of which i completed 2 months here.i did not served any notice period ant send my resignation on mail referring to health issues.nowthey are asking for a compensation of 30 k in lieu of notice periodthrough a mail. facts related to this job. they did not issued any salary slip any sign on voucher or any account details .only gave cheques. no pf or gratuity probation period going on. kindly let me know what are the technical details related to it . pls pls pls reply soon as it is a big problem for me now.can they take a legal action against me.
