Hello ,
I think you are clubing too many questions at a time.
Firstly every organsiation having 50 or more employees should
get standing orders certified .The certifying authority is DLC .
Standing orders are the rules and by laws framed for the working
of any organsiation like leave rules,ot,discipline rules etc etc .
You have a factory license .but if your a contractor and you are
working for some other concern then you should have a vallid contract labour license .
Hope this is of some help

Hi Sudha,
You have to obtained new licence .
As per factory act if we change in factory layout , sanction power load and manpower than we apply for as fresh license for factory.
In your case you are sending your employee at new building for work so you to take new license.
Let me clear main purpose of factory license is ensure the safety and minimum facilities provide to the employee and make responsible to occupier if all are not full-fill.
Policy will same for many of factory of company.
Thanks
Manish
