Hi Shahid,
ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, P.T., Labour License, Trade License, and welfare of the employees which comes as per the company i.e. if it is a manufacturing company as per factories Act, if it is a registered under Shops and Establishment you need to follow those rules and regulations.
