Dear young colleague:
I am glad you are an aspiring trainer more especially an aspiring behavioural trainer. Greetings and good wishes.
Behaviour means ‘conduct’ of an individual. The function of a behavioural trainer is to Influence or change the behaviour of individuals or groups. He should be good at psychology of individuals as well as industrial psychology. If you do an MBA in HR, you will have opportunity to study about industrial psychology in great detail as well as some minimum details on individual psychology. So, you will have to do some extra study on individual psychology. This will help you to develop some enough knowledge on the subject to flower as a behavioural trainer.
