Can you please tell me,if a employee is on bond and he is being relived by employer with a mutual understanding so is employer is liable to issue him reliving letter?
And please if any one have a format of relieving letter for Bond employees so please give me.

If the relieving is through mutual consent, the employee needs to be issued with a relieving letter.
The format for a relieving letter will remain same for all employees. There is nothing specific for employees under service bond.
