Dear Pooja,

The member has added/shown only one register, i.e., the eligibility register, while the other is the Inspection Book under the EPF Act. I do not know why you have pointed out this register only, which has already been shown by the member providing us the list of registers.

Dear Mr. Vineet,

I hope you will add some more registers in your future posts because what you have provided in your list is not exhaustive. For example, in the CL Act, you have not mentioned Form XII (Register of Sub-contractors), Form XVI, Form XVII, Form XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, etc., and some unnumbered registers also need to be maintained, like the First Aid Register, Accident Register, etc.

Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts you have made to guide new members who need help.

Mr. Vineet,

Why don't you people first check with somebody who knows English grammar before writing something in a public domain? We tend to give open publicity to our shallow knowledge on matters about which we are not sure!

Under your name, you have written something like "EVERY THINK IS POSSIBLE ONLY WHEN IF YOU CAN DO IT." Do you know how many mistakes are there in this sentence? First, it should be "EVERYTHING." Secondly, when you say "WHEN," "IF" is not required, since both words give almost opposite meanings.

Best wishes,

Since I'm new to this forum, could you please explain whether the list of activities you mentioned is applicable to a particular state or if it is applicable at the central level? Kindly ignore if I made any faults in my query.

Thanks & regards
