Hi Nikss
Please provide more detail about your job profile and nature of consultancy. what are the services provided by this firm, do they provide :

Others....
There is scope in anything and everything, provided it interest you and fulfills your career aspirations. so ask your self, reading the job descriptions, do you wanna work whats written in there. then scope will be seen.

Hi Nikss

As you mentioned its more into recruitment, so your job profile would be gettin recruitment assignments from various industries like F n A , Insurance, BPOs, IT, E n I etc .. get business, source and deliver and collect payment. so its complete HR + Marketing + Sales job, scope is as good as you take interest in the field.

General Growth Graph in this kind of work profile is you will either stay in the consultancy and grow to become team leader, Business Development Manager, Unit Manager or Branch Manager.

If you remain involved in the complete business transactions then you can further opt for sales and marketing, specially service or concept marketing profiles in the job market with other corporates..

If you remain involved in Recruitment side of activities,, you can specialise in HR and seek opportunities in Corporates. to begin with you would be offered something in recruitment and then gradually over the years with building experience and learning efforts you may explore other specialist areas such as T & D, MIS, PMS, or all in one generalist profile.

Whatever is your career choice, you need to initially give in your hardwork and be patient untill you find your career calling.

Whatever you choose to do, make sure you love it, dont go behind money, status, fame, fancyness associated with certain profiles and position titles.

Spend credible time (2 - 3 years) in a chosen field to explore the possiblity of future growth and learning. at same time, strive to learn more and more. either by practical experience, or recognised certifications.

Wish you luck and success
