Dear Mr. Ashish
For your kind information, no member is oblige to provide you whatever data/information you want.

If we(members) of citehr starts responding to your query with whatever data/information you require/need then, "EVERY STUDENT PURSUING MBA WILL COMPLETE HIS MBA WITH DISTINCTION" even those doing their thesis will also achieve best results, but, they will suffer later in their life, for not learning by doing RESEARCH. Its applies to you as well.

Just imagine, you have got your work done through this forum, once you submit the date after evaluation, if your boss captures your mistakes(as the data/information is acquired from citehr), how are you going to correct yourself......"YOU WILL SIMPLY BLAME(CURSE) THE ONE WHO PROVIDED YOU THE DATA RATHER THANKING HIM FOR HELPING YOU TO CARRY OUT ANALYSIS??????"

How are you going to ensure that, whatever information you are going to obtain from CITEHR is FLAWLESS/GENUINE?

You need to THINK OUT OF THE BOX, henceforth, the query is raised.

With profound regard

Dear Mr Shaik,

How can you thnk that my project completion wil depend upon only cite Hr views, this is ridiculous, as i am simultaneuoly trying to get all the data myself as being a seasoned HR professional , I would not leave my task upon Cite HR.

My questions are to cross check if i have got the relevant answers for my project after getting views of experienced Hr professionals in Cihe HR,

I hope you to develop an attitude to help not to critisize as in this forum we are just conversing through the forum, but not meeting personally.

Hr professionals should develop helping attitude as it is the most in demand department nowadays in all companies.

Ans also the acts which i have quried upon are uncommon act and they are related to the running of factories not dealing with compliance of employees, thus this question is for experienced Hr professionals who have worked in factories or related organizations.

Would again appreciate if you have any information regading my queries

regards

Dear Mr. Matheen
kindly read my reply address to Mr. Ashish. Mr. Ashish had posted his query seeking information(data) but it not meant for discussion.
I have no objection, if you wish to provide relevant information to Mr. Ashish, but do understand, the process for addressing PROFESSIONAL THINGS. One can only guide Mr. Ashish, which can't be considered as help.
i don't believe in SPOON FEEDING and here help is correlated with SPOON FEEDING.
