I want to create the following policy in the organisation :
a) Leave Policy
b) Late comming policy.
c) Taking leave without informing.
Also pls let me know some Termination formats for the terminationg an employee who has not informed and attending the duties.

One of my Employee, is taking leave without informing his reporting manager and moreover he is doing often the same. When we were trying to reach him to know about particular project his no is not reachable. We have to send him a disciplinary notice. Kindly guide me.
