I request any one to draft a letter for Food inspector to issue a licence with change of New manager and new address of company.

As I am also in the same page... wish to apply for PF change of address... they suggested to collect FORM 5 A available in stock room and fill up and then visit to Enforcement Office, Mysore Road and submit Covering letter and Form 5 A. Get the acknowledgement and submit one more copy to your Regional office and get the acknowledgement.. They will change the address in there records.
