I have managed to complete the HR Policies manual for NGO organization although they dont have any recognition, performance & motivational schemes. I did implement the policy schemes fro PF gratuity & bonuses.
Hwoever, i also feel that recognition & motivational should also add too. Im just confused as what kind of policy to implement as its non profit organization. Can any one help.

for ngo it is very difficult to motivate any employee.......you can motivate employees by encouraging him...or to give the responsibility to handle the task or appreciate them in front of their friends or colleagues
