Please advise if the company with it’s head office in Noida and already registered as per UP Shop Act in UP will still have to register its Bangalore office with Karnataka Govt.

Can anybody confirm that these registers are maintained manually or it can be maintained through online system (computer based).

while getting the registration certificate/renewal you can get exemption from labour commissioner for maintaining hard copies of registers and maintaining the same in soft copy, when ever there is auditing from client/govt officials we have to show the registers to them with round seal and authorised signatiry.
