My self Adeeb, Long before i have posted some one discussion by asking help from the seniors regarding on my job profile,

I am Working in a consulting firm,I joined as a IT recruiter and i have got 2 yrs of exp in Total Industry , before six month i have promoted as a team leader and my profile also changed , pls have a look on to my current profile

v Currently Working As recruitment lead in XXXXXin Bangalore
v Responsible for handling multiple clients all over India
v Extensive Experience of working in RPO process
v Responsible for internal recruitment, taking interviews and selecting the candidate for internal requirement
v Responsible for induction program and training for new joinees
v Working as Interview Coordinator in various IT Companies in multiple locations
v Responsible in handling all level requirements
v Ability to plan, initiate and develop successful recruiting techniques in a highly competitive market. Highly motivated team player with excellent communication, analytical and technical skills with an ability to ensure optimum output, both qualitatively and quantitatively
v Verification of all the documents Educational and work experience.
v Employee support and Building strong Network with all the employees across different clients.
v Working on Executive requirement like VP,AVP positions
v Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment Process


This is a brief overview of my profile , I need help from seniors that what will be the next option will i take to improve in HR industry, If somebody can help me to give some tips based on the profile which i have mentioned i will be really happy

But some time i was very much bothered about a core HR job not because i am more interested on it , i am enjoying my job, but still people around are always talking about core HR , the stream which i am working there is no growth, so its making me to think more , even in another one year i will settling in my life
Thats the reason i have ask the help

You need to move into team management, coordination at a corporate level, understanding communication and networks. The JD gives you that opportunity. Core HR doesn't exist! I am a management consultant, yet we have functional expertise in HR as well!!!
So, just relax. Big companies give good exposure. You need to try to tap on special projects when you get the opportunity. Like looking at ROI for training, looking at correlating recruitment practices with attrition, improving induction programs, creating sound and efficient processes, etc.
Such projects often carry more weightage than regular jobs.

The sad thing is 47 views and one reply, seniors really i am expecting some good responses which i can improve on this, i hope this is the right forum to discuss all HR related issues, i thing only you people with lots of experience in this field only can answer this
