What are the effective measurement to decrese absentism in organization..? And what management should do?
There are several methods can be obtained:
1.Use of boimetrics devices for physical presence check.
2.Top management commitment is must to stop absenteeism as unless top management is punctual in duty you cannot expect from others to do.
3.Roles of all Heads of Department needs to be understands as why absenteeism is increasing because they are the fuctional heads?
4.There is a need to relook at the job description of the individuals to understand why absenteeism is increasing ?
5.An employee attitude survey may be conducted to know the HR factors involved in it.
6.You can launch scheme for highest attendance award for reducing abesnteesim but the most important thing is to know the root cause of it wheter it is personal or the management then only any solution can be thought of.
