it is a very lengthy process. First you have to approach the loacl ESI office. ESI Inspector. You must have the Organisation ESI Code and get the assistance of the ESI inspector.
In the normal course you have to Deduct 1.75 % of BASIC DA VDA of employees salary and then remit it to the ESI corporation every month in prescribed form with 4.75% of employer cobtribution also.
If you are a beginner you can also approach an ESI Consultant
