You need to do the comparative analysis yourself, not expect other people to do your work for you. It is you who is doing the MBA, not us.
Talk to your tutor about what is required and then source the material you require from the library, google, the banks themselves, etc.
Come back to CiteHR when you have completed your project and then other members can give you some further advice to tweak your project to completion.

Preparation of Project report is woven into the course curriculum in order to develope someone to acquire the knowledge and as to how to do such projects in a systematic manner, if he is employed as an HR person later in some company.
Probably your course content would give you ample input and your project guide would be able to help you out. Taking help from this forum and use the format (if at all someone sends you through this forum) will affect your creativity. Nothing comes without any effort.
Go to library, meet some friends and interact with your senior batchmates. But do not expect people to spoon feed you.
