Can anybody tell me how to identigy training needs. also i require SOP of training. Ratty

Hi, SOP of training intervention can be ADDIE model, which means Analysis, Design, Develop,IMplement, Evaluate. Within analysis you actually do TNA with various tools. regards, Jimmy
