Hi All,
Find attached herewith the PPT presentation about the Team efforts, and Team Management, and how we are planning on team management, and how others working in team.
It is funny but the HR professionals should take a serious consideration and work towards team efforts and not team management.
Kindly send in your opinions and suggestions how to overcome the Team Management.

Hi Sumi,
This really good presentation. As it says we are just talking about the team efforts but not working towards it. Spending time unnecessarily, in analysis alone instead of working towards it and it is really a waste of time.

Preet.

Hi Preet,
Thanks for your comments. As you told, we are just wasting the time in planning and analysis alone instead of proper action. Also too many bosses driving too less subordinates towards the goal, which results in failures in reaching the target.
Secondly, the person who has put good effort is not been recognized, and those people who have just given commands are rewarded. This is the situation in the current scenario in most of the industries, especially in manufacturing industry.
Some people may not agree with my opinion, but is also a fact. We as a HR professionals have to guide them about teams effort, instead of team management.

Umesh.S.

Hi Sumi,
What you say is correct, most of the organizations are spending time only in meetings, planning the progress, whereas they are failure in action. The management should give due importance to the action part, with proper planning. They should not neglect the planning as well as implementation.
Hey guys it is really good topic for the discussion, why don't you all join and give your opinions.

Hi Umesh
What you have told is very correct. We always plan for the betterment of our productivity and unwittingly penalize our subordinates for our wrongdoing. It is disgusting by all means. Even in this PPT it is very clearly shown that the senior managers and readily rewarded but the subordinate who was striving hard was shown the way out at once. We need to act as per the situation. But many a time the seniors wash off their hands and make the poor juniors scape goats.
All the companies scare to evaluate and rate the performance of seniors and in stead they rate subordinates against crazy criteria.
Thanks

It might be.. none want to take responsibility of ineffectiveness rather want to play blamegame and also.. always the juniors are scapegoat

Good day,
This presentation gives a clear indication that team effort is not about the roles played by different managers but more importantly effort the team puts together in order to achieve a goal.:-P

HI, Sumi,
I have seen this presentation a few years earlier in a workshop, but didn't know the creator of the excellent "THE RACE". Really wonderful!. Yes, many of the business organizations in our country are still following the the traditional management style - span of control and chain of command ?
Would like to learn more on HR and training imputes from you, Sumi.
