Dear Jayshri,

There are quite a few TTT(train the trainer) programs out there. A simple google search will reveal a lot to you. What you have to decide is what is it that you want to achieve and what kind of a trainer you want to be? Are you looking for a course that will add knowledge and empower you, or are you just looking for a course that you can say you have attended, but dont quite know what you went through. There a quite a few of the latter kind. I suggest that you think long and hard about what you want, are you looking to make training your career or just want to have it as a skillset.

if you are looking to make a career out of it, I suggest you look at a few criterion for comparision of the courses offered: 1) Are the people offering the course a reputed organization? 2) Have you or anyone you know heard about these guys? 3) How long have they been around? 4) Are they offering anything new or the same old stuff? 5) Is the course/program accredited by any reputable accreditation body like AIOBP? 6) who will be conducting the course?

I think once you have all this information you will have quickly narrowed the field by yourself to a couple of programs, then you can take a decision. Though finances will be a factor, let it not be your only or main factor, after all we are talking about the rest of your life, let it be a good investment. I hope this helps.
