Ans:- Yes she is, But tell her to do follow up for releasing letter, in case if she is not getting as releasing letter is an important document.
3)In the reliving letter/ Experience letter what would be her last day of working :- resignation date(i.e. 13 April 2011) or last day of the notice period(i.e. 12 May 2011)?
Her total experience with the company would be :-

1. Resignation date is 13/04/11
2. Yes she is entitled for salary till last working day.
3. Last working day would be 12/05/2011 (if she work till 12/05/2011)
