Hi Babu
There some reasons to blacklist companies like if suppose TCS is company got resume from ABC employee and he got selected in TCS but when TCS did address verification of ABC company and ABC company not located @ address which is given ABC employee(who selected in TCS) so TCS may blacklist this compay.

Hi Charan,
It shows that you are aware on what basis the XYZ company has been blacklisted by the ABC company. If thats the case then make sure that your HR sends an official mail to the HR of that company clarifying the issue and also claim that the candidate has given the right info and the only issue was that he/she was not aware of the current changes that took place in your company. Also convey that your HR is ready to give any needy clarifications if needed over phone or they can even call back on so and so number.
Hope this is of some use to you. Please revert back if the issue still pertains. It would be of great help if you could specifty what exactly the issue is without mentioning the names of the companies such that our seniors can give you much better advice.
