I am Sonal Kadam looking for job in HR generalist profile (location -pune).I have 1 year experience with recruitment consultancy as HR and Admin Executive.I gave many interviews for generalist profile but they want person who worked on generalist profile or asking question related to payroll and leave management.at some extend i answered Que but as I don't have experience on payroll I failed to satisfy their exceptions
I know one institute who is providing HR practical training (duration 2-3 month)and fees are 20,000 Rs so if I completed that course is it worth to give me entry to HR generalist profile.plz give me advice as early as possible I am waiting for your support and advice
