I thinks Bhavana is right or you can display a vacancy board in front of the factory
We have one vacancy at our branch Vaishali-Ghaziabad for a learner in HR who will work for establishment of Sop's for big industry,
The job is suitable for Female candidate and should be located in nearby area.A lot of typing and manuals/HR books readings during the job,communication skill should be good ,there is no special qualification needed,Six days in a week,Sunday is not a compulsion for weekly off,it is candidates choice to get any day of weekly off or timing is not an issue,she can choice any timing for 8 hours between 6 am to 7 pm (or she can work 4 hours in morning and 4 hours in evening)

Dear Komala,
The best way to hire unskilled labour(Tailoring) for garment industry would be through NGO's who deal in Vocational training. Try and find out which NGO in your area deal in Vocational training. Check with them if they run vocational courses (Tailoring is one course approved by Government of India). More over NGO's will not charge you for placing their trained student.
Try this out. It works.

You can paste issue/paste pamphlets at public places, like buses-bustands/trains-railwaystations/markets/local tea shops/near other garment industry/local news papers etc.
We have done it successfully fulfilling the manpower requirements.

hi respected seniors.!
I have just completed my MBA( marketing ) from IMS DAVV INDORE. I have three year work experience in diffrent organizations but all of them were off role & part time jobs even i dont have salry slips for them, so now will it be better (or waste) to mention those work expereience in my resume for further job applications and plascement drives....
please suggest, you HR people can guide me well.
