Dear KVS
Another good contribution from yourside... Thanks and keep on sharing...
While go through your presentation the following come into my mind... The definition to Safety???
Definition in your presentation is "Safety is the control of unplanned events"...
What all are the other definition?
Request to all come forward with all known definition to safety? Based on may be OSHA, ISO, NEBOSH, etc... Let's have a good discussion on this topic... Already in this forum we have came across a great definition of Occupational Safety which is shared by Mr. Keshav Pillai... Let's try to pull out more...

I am unable to read its Hindi material becoz I belongs to TN where we are not taught Hindi....credits to our present CM. Do you have its English version? pls. share if you have it.

Dear SSM
What I comment here is, I do have a document and no issues in sharing the same... Already in this thread Mr. KVS & Mr. Shailesh contributed good documents... Ms. Hansa provide you good index also... Now you put some efforts and make your own document... In between if you stuck up, let us know the same specifically... Which topic you need... Will surely help you... Or else once you completed post the same here back... We will go through it and give suggestions for improvement...
Hope you will take this in the right spirit and will act accordingly... Once we make something our own, the satisfaction we are getting is something very different than just cutting and paste others made documents...

Dear SSM

As per my observations you have not missed out nothing much more... Great work done in combiling data... Your this presentation is the live example of how much people get help from our this EHS forum... Almost all the data you got from this site itself... Like to pictorial definition of Near Miss, etc... Overall good work...

Now you may add "The Roles & Responsibility of Safety Professional" "Roles & Responsibilities of Line Supervisors, Engineers, Managers (All in one Line Function)"... Why it is required? because in the first awareness program itself you make their concept clear that what the role of a safety pro and others... It will help you in getting a long lasting, sustainable solution... Safet role should be more of system improvement and facilitation and line responsibility should be of implementation part... make it very clear.. Refer factories act and rules, and you may as it is include the part which is describing the roles of a safety officer..

Then you may also include the Incidnet Pyramid and Ice bergs concpet to make it more easier to understand...

This is my views... Hope all others will come forward with their views...

Also requesting to SSM now you become a regular member of this forum... So try to participate across various postings and share your views and thoughts with us... I am seeing your participation only under the threads started by you...

A Visitor induction animated video gives organizations the advantage of training the visitors on basic safety rules that need to be followed during their visit to the premises. The big benefit of having an animated induction is that one is able to show consequences of not following the rules and thereby grabbing the attention of the audience. Visitor inductions are the gateway to showcasing the importance of safety and are a great tool for increasing an organization’s “Reputation Capital”.
While most visitor inductions use simple images, slides and text, our animated visitor inductions give a 360o view of holistic safety. Find out from our website as to how you can club visitor induction and ID badging software together to make a productive combination of best safety practices.
