Query on the attendance system in the hotel industry attendance
Dear senior please find the attachment i have one doubt please about the attendance system in the hotel industry attendance. some hotels give off as per working days for example if any employee worked for 6 days they will be given one day off for 12 days 2 off for 18 days 3 off for 24 days 4 off for 26 days 5 off if 5 off in month as per days fix generally the attendance system is different and can be disputed please find attached file for my query on what should be attendance & how much off can be given to employees as per attachment attendance kindly clear the attendance system for the hotel industry. if you fix off so sometimes we have to give 5 days off as per the days off in the system in 20 days attendance how to tackle this problem? kindly clear my doubt if you understand my problem.

Dear seniors greetings for the day there is a need to introduce biometric attendance in my organizationthe total strength of the company is 2025 employees for b lore location & the company is mainly in to trading & services of electronics & semiconductor. as have discussed with on of my seniors who is also a consultant has told me that there is no any formalities for setting up of biometric attendance system in the organization if in the case we are maintaining form t but if there is slightly deviation in the format of form t then there should be need of taking approval from the labour officer and the procedure will consist of submission of application for approval and required format of attendance should also be attached with the application. waiting for your guidance asap. regards shweta singh
