I am also looking for some suggestions on Recruitment Techniques. To be more specific I am looking for a formate of questions that needs to be asked during interview for various levels, ex- middle level managment, Top level managment.

I just wanted to share my opinion in this regard as in to recruit the right candidate is not depending on the candidates, it is absolutely depends on you guys as in how you understand criteria of the candidate and requirement of the management.
Because in my point of view we have to follow the same set of recruitment parameters.

  • Old Database
  • Job postings in related forums
  • Via HR Friends (or) Casual Friends reference
  • Conduct Walk-in drive
  • Head-Huntimg technique
  • Thorugh HR Consultancies
  • Via Free job posting sites
  • AD in newspaper
  • Posting requirements in Career column of company website
  • Getting in touch with old employees to see if they are interested
  • For freshers then Campus interview
  • Via Mapping i.e getting reference of a candidate from another candidate

Hi All,
The effective recruitment will be depends on our illusion capability as in how we understand the recruitment parameters of the management, the same as we should have the capacity to catch the exact point (thought process) of the decision maker.

Then we have to work on towards not only the recruitment part and simultaneously be vigilance on entire activities of the management for that the attitude is must to success.
The existing & ongoing techniques & hr policies are so great rather then going for new methods.
