Would appreciate if someone can share a ready list of parameters they use for empanelling of new vendors (perm or contracting). We have some areas covered including legitimacy of operations, statutory compliances, financial stability, check against OFAC list (for money laundering, terrorism), fraud, legal proceedings, scale and longevity of operations, customers size, staff size, company Registration, Shop & Establishment Certificate etc. A comprehensive list would be valuable.
